2. Nature of the Platform

PrimeRepairPro is a digital-only online marketplace that facilitates connections between users seeking home repair or maintenance services (“Customers”) and independent service professionals (“Service Providers”).

• PrimeRepairPro is not a contractor, employer, agent, partner, guarantor, or insurer of any user or service provider.
• PrimeRepairPro does not provide, supervise, or perform any physical repair, maintenance, or installation services.
• All work performed is solely between the Customer and the Service Provider.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Act in good faith when communicating or transacting with other users
• Provide accurate information when creating an account or booking a service
• Understand that PrimeRepairPro does not guarantee service quality, timeliness, or outcome

4. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service Providers agree to:

• Ensure all services are performed professionally and in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Maintain all necessary licenses, insurance, and qualifications
• Understand they are independent contractors, not employees or agents of PrimeRepairPro

5. Payments and Fees

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms. PrimeRepairPro may collect a platform usage fee, which will be transparently disclosed at the time of transaction. PrimeRepairPro is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, delays, or financial loss related to transactions between Customers and Service Providers.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between Customers and Service Providers must be resolved directly between the involved parties. PrimeRepairPro may assist in communication but does not mediate or assume liability for disputes, damages, loss of property, injury, or service dissatisfaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• PrimeRepairPro disclaims all liability for any damage, injury, loss, delay, or claim related to services booked through the platform.
• PrimeRepairPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

8. No Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. PrimeRepairPro does not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, service availability, or accuracy of content.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, platform designs, and content remain the exclusive property of PrimeRepairPro and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission.

10. Termination

PrimeRepairPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia.

12. Amendments

PrimeRepairPro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
